WHEREAS, on November 22, 1993, bids were received for the purchase of portable
performance staging and guard rails for the Convention Facilities, Civic Center Complex;
and,
WHEREAS, Sico, Inc. submitted a bid in the total amount of $17,252.64 for the
purchase of ten (10) portable stage sections and four (4) guard rails; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Sico, Inc. is the
best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Sico, Inc. for the purchase of ten (10) portable performance
staging sections and four (4) guard rails for the Convention Facilities, Civic Center Complex
in the amount of $17,252.64 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the ` day of
