RESOLUTION NO. �
WHEREAS, on Monday, November 1, 1993, sealed bids were received for an annual
contract to furnish liquid polymer for the Water Production Division of the Water Utilities
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Callaway Chemical Company submitted a bid in the amount of$.84 per
pound; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Callaway
Chemical Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Callaway Chemical Company for an annual contract to furnish
liquid polymer for the Water Production Division of the Water Utilities Department in the
amount of $.84 per pound be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the fa day of
11993.
