WHEREAS, on November 15, 1993, bids were received for the purchase of four (4)
forty cubic yard roll off containers for the Solid Waste/Landfill Division; and,
WHEREAS, Modern Manufacturing submitted a bid in the amount of $4,689 each;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Modern
Manufacturing is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Modern Manufacturing for the purchase of four (4) forty cubic
yard roll off containers for the Solid Waste/Landfill Division in the amount of $4,689 each
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
