WHEREAS, on October 25, 1993, bids were received for an annual contract to mow
non-utilized City property; and,
WHEREAS,Alamo Lawn Service submitted a bid in the amount of$.0019 per square
foot for developed property and $.0014 for vacant property; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Alamo Lawn
Service is the lowest bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Alamo Lawn Service for an annual contract to mow non-utilized
City property in the amount of$.0019 per square foot for developed property and$.0014 per
square foot for vacant property be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
