BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept an additional 4.818 acres
of land for purposes of park expansion and future development of Lefler Park from M. L.
Lefler, Jr., and wife Katherine Lefler.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1993.
