RESOLUTION NO. �
WHEREAS, on November 15, 1993, bids were received for the purchase of three (3)
semi-automatic advisory defibrillators; and,
WHEREAS, Physio-Control Corp. submitted a bid in the amount of$6,600.50 each;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Physio-Control
Corp. is the lowest bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Physio-Control Corp. for the purchase of three (3) semi-
automatic advisory defibrillators in the amount of$6,600.50 each be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the,? day of
