WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to the Liberty-Laurel Corridor from Eleventh Street to Phelan
Boulevard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for improvements to the Liberty-Laurel
Corridor from Eleventh Street to Phelan Boulevard be, and the same is hereby,
approved:
Parcel 118: All of Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block 35, Laurel Heights
Addition
Owner: Alex Hill
Appraised Value: $148,985.00 (Whole Taking)
