WHEREAS, on June 16, 1992, City Council awarded a contract to Allco, Inc. for
Contract II, Wastewater Treatment Facilities Improvements in the amount of$2,533,314.08;
and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 provides for field changes necessary to complete
the project and revises the contract period from 210 calendar days to 274 calendar days, due
to wet weather in the amount of $2,235.36;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be; and he is hereby, authorized to execute Change Order No. 1,
as stated above, with Allco, Inc and make final payment in the amount of $137,815.52.
