BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the honorary position of Emeritus Commissioner of the Library
Commission is hereby established as a lifetime non-voting membership to be
conferred by the City Council in recognition of outstanding service; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mrs. W. C. Tyrrell is hereby appointed
as the first Emeritus Commissioner of the Library Commission.
