BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a $126,000 contract
with the Innovative Housing Development Corporation to operate a program to acquire and
rehabilitate rental housing for low to moderate income persons using funds from the 1992
HOME Program Grant.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
