BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute the Letter Agreements
between the City and Trinity Industries, Inc. and Slamback Partners to use a portion of their
property for the detour during Brakes Bayou Bridge repairs.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the �� day
