BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a loan agreement and
loan documents with Urban Group III, Inc., for an amount not to exceed $450,000 from
Community Development Block Grant funds to complete specific building improvements at
the Beaumont Retirement Hotel.
