RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, as a member agency of the Jefferson County Appraisal District, the City
of Beaumont is entitled to cast its allocated votes in the election to name the district's Board
of Directors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cast the City of
Beaumont's 435 votes for C. L. Sherman to become a member of the Jefferson County
Appraisal District Board.
