WHEREAS, one bid was received for the purchase of one (1) three wheeled multi
utility tractor for the Solid Waste Management Department, Recycling Division; and,
WHEREAS, Mustang Tractor and Equipment Company submitted a bid in the
amount of $72,461.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Mustang Tractor
and Equipment Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Mustang Tractor and Equipment Company for the purchase of
one (1) three wheeled multi utility tractor for the Solid Waste Management Department,
Recycling Division in the amount of $72,461.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the,2day of
