BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a Special Deed without
warranty to Mark Whiteley and Associates, Inc., for the property described as Lot 12 in
Block 1 of the Marcus Third Addition to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.
