WHEREAS, on August 9, 1993, bids were received for a one (1) year contract for
gaskets, couplings, ells, street ells, bushing reducers, manhole covers, plugs, and wyes that
will be used for various sewer line repairs; and,
WHEREAS, the low bidders meeting specifications are as follows;

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by the above
vendors are the lowest and best bids meeting specifications and should be accepted;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by the above vendors for a one (1) year contract for gaskets,
couplings, ells, street ells,bushing reduces, manhole covers, plugs, and wyes that will be used
for various sewer line repairs in the above stated amounts be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
