WHEREAS, on August 17, 1993, Council awarded a bid to Mustang Tractor and
Equipment Company for repairs to a Caterpillar D7H dozer at a cost of $43,019.92; and,
WHEREAS, during the course of performing the contracted repairs, Mustang
technicians discovered more extensive damaged areas for an additional cost of $16,387.00;
and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to make payment to Mustang
Tractor and Equipment Company in the amount of $16,387.00 for additional repairs to a
Caterpillar D7H dozer.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the 26th
day of October, 1993. � ` Av
