RESOLUTION NO. 2
WHEREAS, as a member agency of the Jefferson County Appraisal District,the City
of Beaumont is entitled to cast its allocated votes in the election to name the district's Board
of Directors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cast its allocated
votes for representation on the Jefferson County Appraisal District Board for C. L.
Sherman, Jr. who is nominated as a candidate for the Board.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
