BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to submit a grant application in the
amount of$915,698 to the Bureau of Justice Assistance for a three year grant for the hiring
of additional police officers to work in the area of community oriented policing.
