BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a Release and
Satisfaction of Judgment to Mr. and Mrs. William Travis and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Travis
for the amount of $69,850.00 plus a maximum of $2,500.00 in legal fees.
