RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make payment to the
International Business Machine Corporation in the amount of $61,901 for the
renewal of the annual maintenance agreement on the mainframe computers (AS/400)
located in City Hall and the Police Department and peripheral equipment.
