WHEREAS, on Monday, August 16, 1993, sealed bids were received for an annual
contract for couplings, brass fittings, plastic tubing, full circle clamps and other water
materials that will be utilized by the Public Utilities Department, Water Distribution
Division; and,
WHEREAS, the following vendors submitted bids on the various water materials:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by the above
vendors are the best bids meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by the above vendors in the aforementioned amounts for an
annual contract for couplings, brass fittings, plastic tubing, full circle clamps and other water
materials that will be utilized by the Public Utilities Department, Water Distribution Division
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
