RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on September 20, 1993,bids were received for the rehabilitation of Loeb
Water Well Pump No. 1; and,
WHEREAS, ALSAY INC. submitted a bid in the amount of $33,097.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by ALSAY INC.
is the lowest bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by ALSAY INC. for the rehabilitation of Loeb Water Well Pump
No. 1 in the amount of $33,097.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 'day of
1993.
