WHEREAS, on September 13, 1993, bids were received for the construction of the
Water Service Line Replacement (Contract I) in the Pine Crest area; and,
WHEREAS, A-1 Guarantee Plumbing submitted a bid in the amount of$27,204.03;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by A-1 Guarantee
Plumbing is the lowest bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by A-1 Guarantee Plumbing for the construction of the Water
Service Line Replacement (Contract I) in the Pine Crest area in the amount of $27,204.03
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
