RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make payment to
Mustang Tractor and Equipment for emergency repairs to Unit 5061, a 1987
Caterpillar D7H landfill dozer in the amount of $20,071.31.
