BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with
Beaumont Products and Services, an "assigned sheltered workshop", for the grounds
maintenance of the Central Business District in the amount of $8,290.00 per month with a
total annual expenditure of $99,480.00 to commence June 1, 1993 .
