BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the following individuals will be designated as signatories on the temporary
Blue Cross Insurance Claims Account #0470035510 at First Interstate Bank of
Texas, N.A. for the purpose of paying health insurance claims for City Employees.
