BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to grant a 3% base pay increase
to City employees. The payment would provide for all regular full-time civilian employees,
exclusive of Police and Fire Department personnel covered by labor contracts, effective
October 1, 1993.
