BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the
Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program in the amount
of$466,782.00 for the purchase of a Mobile Data Communications System (MDCS) for the
Police Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1993.
