RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to participate in the State of Texas
cooperative Purchasing Program for the purchase of police pursuit vehicles, automobiles, and
light duty trucks budgeted in 1994.
