WHEREAS, sealed bids were received on July 29, 1993, for a contract for a
primary book vendor for the Beaumont Public Library; and,
WHEREAS, Brodart of Williamsport,Pennsylvania,submitted the following bid:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Brodart is
the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Brodart of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, in the amounts quoted
above for a primary book vendor contract for the Beaumont Public Library System be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
