BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with
the Texas Department of Transportation for $149,688 in grant assistance from the
State Public Transportation Fund to help pay the City's share for Fiscal 1994
operating expenses for Beaumont Municipal Transit.
