WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of
land for the West Lucas Drive Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of Lot 14 and the south twenty-five feet (25') of Lot 15, Block
1, Calder Highlands Addition, from Orene A. Watkins, Individually, and as
Independent Executrix of the Estate of Philip Wayne Watkins, Deceased, in the
amount of $51,500 be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
