BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept for the City the
conveyances described below and he is authorized to execute documents transferring the
properties listed below, as depicted in attachment "A", to the Innovative Housing
Development Corporation to be used for the purpose of constructing new affordable
housing.
1. The west 50.0 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, Home Addition to Bowenville
2. Lot 3, Block 2, Home Addition to Bowenville
3. Lot 8, Block 5, Home Addition to Bowenville
