WHEREAS, Scimco Building Services, Inc. have tendered fifteen (15') foot wide
general utility easements located along the south fifteen feet of the west fifty feet of Lot 2
and the south fifteen feet of Lots 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, all in Block 2 on Nathan Street
of the Home Addition to Bowenville, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said donation and is of
the opinion that the acceptance of said donation of property is necessary and desirable and
that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said general utility easements tendered by Scimco Building Services, Inc., and the
same is hereby, in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /7,4C day
