RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on Wednesday, July 28, 1993, pricing was solicited from the Houston-
Galveston Area Council (H-GACO for equipment need to expand the existing voting system
for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, H-GAC submitted the following pricing:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the pricing submitted by H-GAC is
the best pricing meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:

THAT the pricing submitted by Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) in the above
amounts for equipment needed to expand the existing voting system for the Police
Department be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
