WHEREAS, bids were received on July 12, 1993 for an annual contract to provide
computer ribbons and laser cartridges to be used by various departments for personal
computer printers as well as AS/400 printers; and,
WHEREAS, Matrix Data Corporation submitted a bid for the following computer
ribbons/cartridges:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by Matrix Data
Corporation, Entre Computer and Lamb's Office Products are the lowest and best bids
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by Matrix Data Corporation, Entre Computer and Lamb's Office
Products for the purchase of computer ribbons/cartridges to be used by various departments
for personal computer printers as well as AS/400 printers at the above prices per ton be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
