HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 93-183 3 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a QUITCLAIM DEED, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit "X, to release all of the City of Beaumont's right, title and interest in and to the following described real property situated in Jefferson, County, to wit: The north half of Beech Street between 11th and 10th Streets, adjacent to Block 1, of the Emma Reed Addition to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as depicted in Exhibit 'B" attached; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Grantees in said QUITCLAIM DEED are hereby authorized to relocate the existing 20 foot by 500 foot utility easement to the location shown on Exhibit "B".
