RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received on Tuesday, July 6, 1993 for a twenty-
four (24) channel digital logger for the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Dictaphone Corporation submitted a bid in the amount of
$27,475.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by
Dictaphone Corporation is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Dictaphone Corporation for the purchase of a twenty-four (24)
channel digital logger for the Fire Department in the amount of$27,475.00 be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
