RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, informal bids were received to remove driveway pipe from fifty-three
driveways located on Columbia, South Ninth, Ranier and Park Streets, in Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, Premium Construction submitted a bid in the amount of $340.00 per
location or a total bid of $18,020.00;; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Premium
Construction is the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Premium Construction for the removal of driveway pipe located
on Columbia, South Ninth, Ranier and Park Streets in the amount of $340.00 per location
or for a total of $18,020.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
