WHEREAS, on Monday, June 7, 1993, five bids were received for the purchase of
one (1) 75 foot aerial truck for the Transportation Division; and,
WHEREAS, Atterbery Truck Sales, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$114,021.03; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Atterbery Truck
Sales, Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Atterbery Truck Sales, Inc. for the purchase of one (1) 75 foot
aerial truck for the Transportation Division in the amount of$114,021.03 be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
