WHEREAS, bids were received on Monday, June 7, 1993 for the purchase of two (2)
250 CFM air compressors for the Building Services Division and the Water Distribution
Division; and,
WHEREAS,Heatley Equipment Co. submitted a bid in the amount of$25,998.00 for
two (2) 250 CFM Ingersol-Rand air compressors; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Heatley
Equipment Co. is the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Heatley Equipment Co. for the purchase of two (2) 250 CFM
Ingersol-Rand air compressors for the Building Services Division and the Water Distribution
Division in the amount of $25,998.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
