WHEREAS, bids were received on Monday, June 7, 1993 for the purchase of
a one (1) tractor loader backhoe for use by the Water Utilities Department, Water
Distribution Division; and,
WHEREAS, Equipment Headquarters, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$36,949.00 for one (1) Case Model 580 Super K tractor loader backhoe; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by
Equipment Headquarters, Inc. is the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Equipment Headquarters, Inc. for the purchase of one (1) Case
Model 580 Super K tractor loader backhoe in the amount of$36,949.00 be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
