BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to award an annual contract to
Beaumont Products and Services, Inc., as an "assigned sheltered workshop", for furnishing
bi-weekly litter removal services and weekly trash container removal in the amounts stated
below:
Street width greater than 30 feet with no median $78.38/mile
Street width less than 30 feet with no median $74.89/mile
Streets with a median greater than 20 feet $87.67/mile
Streets with a median less than 20 feet $82.23/mile
Trash removal at twenty-two sites/week $432.84/month
