WHEREAS, on Monday, June 7, 1993, sealed bids were received for the
purchase of an annual supply of green bar and white continuous form computer paper to
be used by the Management Information Systems Division (M.I.S.); and,
WHEREAS, Precept Business Forms submitted a bid for green bar computer
paper at $7.54 per thousand sheets and white continous feed computer paper at $5.40 per
thousand sheets; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Precept
Business Forms is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Precept Business Forms for the purchase of annual supply of
green bar computer paper at$7.54 per thousand sheets and white continuous form computer
paper at $5.40 per thousand sheets be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
