WHEREAS, on Monday, June 7, 1993, sealed bids were received for the purchase
of one (1) sixty (60) ton air cooled liquid chiller which is designed for commercial and
industrial applications to be installed at the Water Utilities Service Center located at 1350
Langham Road; and,
WHEREAS, Delta Air Conditioning submitted a bid in the amount of $24,087.00;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Delta Air
Conditioning is the lowest and the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Delta Air Conditioning for the purchase of one (1) sixty (60)
ton air cooled liquid chiller which is designed for commercial and industrial applications to
be installed at the Water Utilities Service Center located at 1350 Langham Road in the
amount of $24,087.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
