NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney and the City Manager be and they are hereby authorized to take
all steps necessary to intervene in a pending lawsuit styled Texas Municipal League Group
Benefits Risk Pool vs. Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company.
