BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to purchase nine (9) Motorola
MT2000 radios, batteries, charges, spare batteries and a three (3) year service warranty
through Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) in the amount of$11,567.12 from funds
provided by the Automobile Theft Prevention Authority.
