RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on Monday, May 24, 1993, sealed bids were received to erect a
56' x 62' concrete foundation with all rough-in plumbing and water piping at the Fire
Training Grounds located at 600 Marina Drive; and,
WHEREAS, Dabar General Contractors submitted a bid in the amount of
$12,183.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Dabar
General Contractors is the lowest and the best bid meeting specifications and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Dabar General Contractors to erect a 56' x 62' concrete
foundation with all rough-in plumbing and water piping at the Fire Training Grounds located
at 600 Marina Drive in the amount of $12,183.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
