RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on September 1, 1992, by City Council Resolution No. R 92-233, the
City Manager executed a contract with Bo-Mac Contractor, Inc. for the 1992 Street
Rehabilitation Program 'Reconstruction and Overlay" in the amount of$1,305,338.50; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been created to increase the Contract amount
by$204,222.00. This change order is needed to allow Bo-Mac Contractor, Inc. to reconstruct
Tyrrell Park Road, from Downs to Fannett Road, which has been utilized as a truck route
and is now damaged due to the heavy truck traffic:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute Change Order No. 1,
as stated above, with Bo-Mac Contractor, Inc.
